The core of the practice

Adjustments that fit the patient, not the other way around.

Every visit starts with hands and eyes on the problem. The doctors use manual manipulation and, where a lighter touch is right, the Activator Method, an instrument-based technique that adjusts a single level with precision. Nothing is forced and nothing is routine for routine's sake.

01

Manual manipulation

Classic hands-on chiropractic care. The doctors find the level that is not moving the way it should and restore its motion.

02

Activator Method

A small spring-loaded instrument delivers a light, targeted impulse. A good fit for patients who prefer a gentler adjustment, and for necks, extremities, and kids.

03

Diversified and Cox technique

Dr. Bledsoe also practices Diversified and the Cox flexion-distraction technique, plus the Graston soft-tissue method he is certified in.
